Performance is articulated over three dimensions: Deliverables, Skills, and Culture. Each is essential and must be measured separately. The overall score is never a single blended number — you need to see each dimension independently to give actionable feedback.
Walk the user through defining each dimension for their company:
Measures the ability to complete assigned tasks. QuantumLight breaks this into three sub-components:
The formula is: [Speed + Quality] x Complexity
Ask the user:
Technical and functional competencies required for the role. These are role-specific.
Ask the user:
Alignment with company values. This is often the hardest to measure but QuantumLight treats it as non-negotiable.
Ask the user:
QuantumLight uses a consistent scale across all scorecards:
| Level | Label | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Poor | Red-flag behaviors. Immediate concern. |
| 2 | Basic | Below expectations for the role and level. |
| 3 | Intermediate | Meets expectations. Solid performer. |
| 4 | Advanced | Exceeds expectations. Consistently strong. |
| 5 | Exceptional | Top of field. Only the very best hit this level. |
Ask the user:
