Automated code review loop using codex review. Claude runs the review, triages issues, fixes actionable ones, commits, and re-reviews until clean (up to 3 iterations).

codex-exec

Run Codex non-interactively with codex exec. Supports piped prompts, structured JSON output, sandbox modes, image input, and headless session resumption.
