Dixhitale

A Cowork plugin marketplace and landing page that helps Kosovo small businesses run their back office. The original plugin serves freelancers and IT consultancies (pitches, contracts, invoices, taxes); three vertical plugins extend the same Kosovo-grounded approach to law firms, restaurants, and financial firms.

What this folder contains

This is a project workspace, not a working app yet. It holds the design, copy, research, and plugin scaffolding that gets pulled into VS Code for the real build. The repo doubles as a Claude Code plugin marketplace.

2. Contract Pack — MSA, SOW, NDA, and independent contractor templates that hold up under Kosovo law and work for foreign clients
3. Faturë Generator — ATK-compliant invoices for local and international clients, EUR/USD handling, fiscal invoice rules
4. Tax & VAT Co-pilot — quarterly VAT prep, the 9%-flat vs real-regime decision, foreign payment treatment, the €30k VAT threshold

dixhitale-legal — law firms & advocates

5. Engagement Letter — engagement letter, power of attorney (autorizim), conflict check, and the AML/KYC intake under Law 04/L-193 and AML Law 05/L-096
6. Matter Billing — legal-services faturë: time/OAK-tariff fees, expenses, and VAT (18% domestic, out-of-scope for foreign clients)
