Default mode returns 10 provocations plus 3 extracted concepts; --dial 0-100 tunes the wild/tame cost mix; --duet [a,b] crosses two voices into 6 distilled ideas (~4 calls, no Codex); --chat mode runs all four voices and distills 20 ideas; --lab opens a static review browser; --harvest triages pending runs and lands kept experiments. Local-only. Phase 4-8 was rolled back in v0.13.0 (see CHANGELOG).
