From ice-b2b-sales
Integrated Design Thinking, Ideation, and Strategic Thinking for Enterprise Software Sales and Solution providers (Oracle, SAP, MSFT, Salesforce, Infor, Odoo, Workday, Thai GFMIS/e-GP/SMART PAO, AI extensions). Use whenever the user needs a discovery workshop, envisioning session, design sprint, ideation, account strategy, market-entry, competitive positioning, portfolio choice, value-case, or proposal "Why Invest / Why Now / Why Us" narrative. Trigger on "design thinking", "ideation", "brainstorm", "HMW", "empathy map", "journey map", "design sprint", "envisioning workshop", "value proposition", "strategic thinking", "where to play", "how to win", "playing to win", "three horizons", "Wardley map", "scenario planning", "account strategy", "value case", "why invest why now why us", "exec readout", "C-suite pitch". Also for Thai-market workshops, bilingual Thai/English pre-sales artifacts, and Big-Four-grade proposals. Always produces ≥3 options with trade-offs; orchestrates Oracle/SAP/GFMIS/sales skills.

This skill is the single entry point for **two paired disciplines** that every enterprise software sale and solution engagement needs:

The two are complementary, not substitutes. Missing either one produces the failure mode described in references/core-research.md section 18. Always consider whether the user's request calls for one, the other, or both — and say so.
The skill is designed for an Enterprise Software Solution Provider operating in Thailand/APAC, selling Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, Infor, Odoo, Workday, and public-sector platforms (GFMIS, e-GP, SMART PAO) — plus AI augmentation and custom extensions on PaaS/low-code platforms.
The authoritative brief for this skill is:
references/core-research.md
This file contains the full research: 21 sections covering frameworks, mandatory components, mandatory characteristics, reuse maps, non-goals, integration protocol, and the locked requirement specification. Read it whenever the request is non-trivial, or when you are unsure which framework to pick. The rest of the reference files are focused extracts — use them when you need only one aspect.
Trigger this skill eagerly whenever the user's request touches any of these contexts:
Do not trigger for: generic creative brainstorming unrelated to enterprise software, pure coding tasks, academic writing (use the academic-article skills), or financial-model mechanics (use the finance skills).
These are the 20 non-negotiable traits the skill must exhibit, consolidated from the research:
references/self-check.md).references/why-invest-why-now-why-us.md.references/integration-pairing.md. Name the handoffs explicitly.Use this branching logic at the start of every task:
Is the user asking for:
If unclear, ask briefly:
Do not ask more than two clarifying questions unless genuinely stuck. The user's project instructions favor progressive questioning, not interrogation.
If the user is asking for ideas to propose to a customer (the success criterion explicitly called out during the Best-in-Question session), ask probing questions first. Examples:
Then offer ideas.
Consult references/design-thinking-frameworks.md and references/strategic-thinking-frameworks.md to select the tool that fits the question. Do not overwhelm with every canvas. A 5-Forces analysis for a single-stakeholder discovery call is overkill; an empathy map for a pricing strategy decision is misdirected.
Follow the templates in templates/ for consistent structure. Use the workshop kits in workshops/ when the user needs a runnable session. Use the examples in examples/ as calibration for quality.
Run the self-validation checklist in references/self-check.md. The three must-pass items:
If any fails, fix before returning.
Load these on demand; do not preload all of them.
