For broadcast, retain one question — the most broadly applicable — and integrate it at approximately 20 minutes into the episode. The question should be pre-screened and read by the host, not replayed as audio from a listener message (audio quality of submitted questions is rarely broadcast-standard).
4. Language and tone calibration The podcast's casual bluntness is a genuine editorial quality — it is not "unprofessional," it is trust-building. Preserve it where it does not conflict with broadcast standards. Specific watch points: claims about healthcare failings must be attributed, balanced, or framed as personal experience rather than systemic fact where they are contested. Language describing medical treatments should not constitute health advice without appropriate caveats.
5. Impartiality If the host takes a clear editorial position on a contested health topic — e.g. "conventional medicine has failed on this" — the broadcast version must either present a counterpoint or frame the claim as opinion.
