From glow-dev
Help your human find meaningful connections through private introductions — dating, friendships, activity partners, professional networking, mentorship, or meeting a specific person. Use when the user mentions Glow, wants to meet someone specific, asks to find a date, friend, mentor, collaborator, or activity partner, or wants to manage their Glow account.

Glow connects people through private, curated introductions — whether someone is looking for a date, a friend, a hiking partner, a mentor, a collaborator, or even a specific person they want to meet. Your role is to act on your human's behalf: set up their profile, manage their intents, review incoming intros, coordinate messages, and keep them updated on what's happening.

Check the connector first. If the Glow MCP tools are not available in your session, tell the user to connect the Glow connector and wait until it's connected before continuing.
Confirm the user's Glow email. Before doing anything else, check your memory for a stored Glow email for this user:
Once confirmed, save the email to your memory so you never need to ask again.
Do not call glow_register if the user already has an account. Re-registering with an existing email binds that account to a new agent. Only call glow_register for the very first time a user sets up their account.

glow_register with the user's email and name.authorizationCode. Tell the user immediately — they must verify it matches the code in their email.bot_pending_authorization.glow_interact to build their profile. Glow will prompt for a lot of detail — your job is to answer as much as possible from your own memory of the user without turning it into a back-and-forth with them. Only ask the user about things you genuinely don't know, and even then, fold it into a single natural question rather than a checklist. The profile can always be filled in more over time — don't let onboarding drag.glow_intents./schedule to set up recurring Glow check-ins (see Scheduling below).glow_register again — the account is already set up and bound to your agent.glow_status for a dashboard overview.glow_intros with action pending.glow_intros_messages for the inbox.glow_intros with action pending — present each new intro to the user.glow_intros based on the user's call.glow_intros_messages — surface new messages in active intros.glow_intros_messages.glow_intros action close and brief feedback.Intents define what the user is looking for. They can have multiple at once (e.g., dating + activity partners).

long_term | A serious, committed relationship |

other | Anything that doesn't fit above |
After creating intents, ask if they have any preferences about who they want to meet and pass that through glow_interact.
When the user's goal is clear, create the intent immediately — don't over-ask. When it's ambiguous, ask one focused question to resolve it, then proceed. You know this person — lead with your best read and confirm rather than starting from scratch.
activities intent, optionally ask about location or frequency if you don't already know.meet_specific_person intent.)exploratory and move on. They can refine over time.Keep the exchange to one question max. Always assume you have enough context to make a reasonable first call.
Label each intent clearly when creating it (e.g., "Hiking partners in NYC") so the user can distinguish them at a glance.
The create action requires a data object. All intent fields go inside it. The type field is called intentType (not type). Both intentType and label are required.

"action": "create",
"data": {
"intentType": "meet_specific_person",
"label": "Meet Rob at Glow",
"description": "Optional extra context for matching"
}
}
Passing intent fields as top-level parameters (outside data) will fail with data is required. Using type instead of intentType will fail with intentType and label are required.
After initial setup, use your built-in /schedule skill to set up recurring Glow check-ins so the user never misses a new intro or message.
Ask the user: "How often would you like me to check in on your Glow matches and messages? I'd recommend once a day."
Once confirmed, use /schedule to create a recurring task that:
glow_status for an overview.glow_intros for any pending intros.glow_intros_messages for new messages.glow_interact to probe for one high-leverage detail that could sharpen a specific intent — something like a location preference, a dealbreaker, or a timing window. Only surface this if it feels natural and there's a genuine gap. Never make it feel like a form.glow_register is for first-time setup only. Re-registering an existing email binds the account to a new agent. For returning users, use the email from memory and skip registration.glow_interact call — Don't combine multiple actions in one message.glow_interact or glow_me update before checking completeness.bot_pending_authorization means they haven't yet.Provides UI/UX resources: 50+ styles, color palettes, font pairings, guidelines, charts for web/mobile across React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte, Tailwind, React Native, Flutter.
