3. Give a concrete next prompt or workflow change.
4. Mention which source supported the finding.

Good Coaching Language

• "This suggests Claude may not have had enough success criteria."
• "A small checkpoint would make this easier to resume."
• "This repeated task may deserve a reusable instruction."

Avoid

• Raw log dumps.
• Blaming the user.
• Treating unavailable Chat/Cowork history as a failure.
• Recommending database scraping or telemetry.
