Prospect: Who are they? What do they want? What have they tried? What do they believe? What do they fear? What happens if they don't act?
Market: Saturation level, awareness level, urgency, visibility of the problem, commodity vs differentiated.
Offer: Outcome, time to result, effort required, risk, credibility, uniqueness.
Proof: Case studies, data, demonstrations, before/after, logical reasoning, authority.
Avoid: "innovative", "revolutionary", "cutting-edge", "boost your business"
Replace with: specific gains, specific time saved, specific risk avoided, specific task eliminated
