Search Strategy

• Always search Google Flights first for a market overview: CPH → destination, target dates, 6 passengers
• Then check SAS.dk specifically — SAS flights earn EuroBonus points for Peer's membership; note the EuroBonus earning tier for each fare class
• Check Momondo.dk as a price comparison aggregator to catch deals not visible on Google Flights

Filtering Rules (from family profile)

• Max 1 layover (prefer direct)
• Max 3 hours layover duration
• Preferred airlines: SAS, Norwegian, Lufthansa — prioritise these but don't exclude others if significantly cheaper
• Flight times: prefer departures between 07:00-11:00 (manageable with 4 children); avoid red-eye flights

Seat Selection Strategy

• Peer: aisle seat
• Spouse: window seat
• Children: window seats where possible (per Peer's note)
• Try to keep the family grouped: ideally 1 row of 3 + 1 row of 3, or 2 adjacent rows
• On wide-body aircraft: centre block of 4 + 2 aisle/window pair

Baggage Comparison

• Note included baggage per fare class (cabin bag, checked bag weight limits)
• Flag if checked bags cost extra — calculate the add-on cost for 6 passengers
• Family of 6 typically needs 6 checked bags (23kg each)

EuroBonus Optimization

• SAS flights earn EuroBonus points — note the earning rate per fare class
• SAS Go vs SAS Plus: compare the price difference against extra points earned + included extras (bags, seat selection, meals)
• If a non-SAS flight is significantly cheaper, note the EuroBonus trade-off

Presentation

• Present flights in a comparison table with: airline, route, times, layovers, price/person, total (6 pax), baggage included, EuroBonus eligible
• Always include a booking URL for each option
