Structured frameworks for strategic ideation, execution planning, and pre-launch evaluation.
Structured frameworks for strategic ideation, execution planning, and pre-launch evaluation. Produces reproducible, high-quality strategic documents adaptable to any project.
Three modular phases that can be run independently or sequentially:
/brainstorm — Divergent ideation with 8 frameworks producing a comprehensive expansion document/execution-plan — Convergent planning with second-order thinking, risk register, operationalized roadmap/strategic-review — Pre-launch evaluation with systematic quality scoring and improvement recommendationsThis skill applies when:
/brainstorm → review output → /execution-plan → review output → /strategic-review
Each command works standalone. /brainstorm for pure ideation, /execution-plan when strategy is clear, /strategic-review before any public exposure.
All documents are saved to .ideas/ in the current project directory. This directory should be gitignored (private strategic thinking).
