Ask the user for the data file if you don't have it. The expected path is a CSV in the current project (e.g. exported from a spreadsheet). If no file is present, STOP and ask them to export their sheet to CSV (File → Download → Comma-separated values) and drop it in the project folder. Do not proceed on described or remembered data.
