Design Up — Bold

This is the bold mode of the design-up skill. It is not a separate design system; it is the same craft turned up. Do not reinvent any rules here.

How to run

1. Read the full base skill first: ../design-up/SKILL.md and its references/ library (sibling folder). Everything there applies — start with Step 0 and load the library, including ../design-up/references/custom/ (the user's own rules, highest priority).
2. Engage BOLD MODE as defined in ../design-up/references/modes.md:
   • Image generation is unlocked. Delegate generation to an available image-generation skill or tool (when one is installed). Use it for a signature hero asset, bespoke textures/backgrounds, or a unique brand motif — art-directed for one consistent look, never a random AI-image dump.
   • Push the dials: DESIGN_VARIANCE 7–10, MOTION_INTENSITY 6–9.
   • Go big on composition: oversized editorial type, asymmetric / broken-grid layouts, generous negative space, one cinematic scroll moment (pinned stack, horizontal pan, or scrubbed text reveal; see ../design-up/references/interactions.md for pinned/horizontal scroll and motion-and-feel.md for ScrollTrigger performance).
3. Discipline does not drop. Bold is permission to be distinctive, not sloppy. Keep every non-negotiable: one accent, hue-matched subtle shadows, ease-out motion (no neon / bounce / elastic), AA contrast, prefers-reduced-motion honored, the grid intact. Boldness comes from scale, composition, and a singular idea — not from piling on effects.
4. Run the ../design-up/references/anti-slop.md pre-flight scan before "done." Bold still must never read as "which AI made this?"

If ../design-up/ is unavailable for any reason, fall back to: apply premium, grid-first, anti-slop design with maximal-but-tasteful art direction and generated hero imagery.
