A great product nobody finds earns nothing. This stage owns getting it in front of users. It sits alongside launch and feeds back into evolve.

Operating principle

Charter — purpose fixed, execution dynamic. Distribution is a test loop, not a one-time asset dump: pick a channel, ship the asset, measure, double down or drop.

What to do

• Landing & capture — a focused landing page + waitlist/email capture (reuse frontend-design).
• Launch assets — Product Hunt / Show HN / relevant-subreddit copy, a short demo clip/GIF script, ASO listing or SEO/programmatic pages as the stack fits.
• First-10 / first-100 plan — concrete: where the target user already is, the exact post/outreach, and the ask. Manual-first beats "build it and they'll come".
• Channel test loop — one channel at a time; track signups → activation → paid; compute rough CAC vs. payback; keep what works, cut what doesn't.
• Record — write docs/launch/gtm.md (channels tried, results, CAC, next bet).

Bias

• Reach is a measured number, not a hope — every channel claim needs a result.
• Prefer channels where the owner has an unfair advantage (existing audience/community).
• One channel at a time; don't spray.
