Use this skill when the user wants to know whether a meeting is worth having.

Inputs

• meeting title and description
• attendee list
• agenda, notes, or linked docs when available
• prior outputs from earlier instances for recurring meetings

Outputs

• decision_topic
• decision_owner
• decision_stage (make, prepare, review, or none)
• sync_justification
• expected_output
• linkage_score from 0-10
• recommendation

Procedure

1. Find the specific decision the meeting supports.
2. If none is visible, mark decision_stage: none.
3. Identify the accountable owner and expected output.
4. Score the meeting based on clarity, artifacts, and historical outputs.
5. Recommend one of: keep, rewrite around decision, merge, convert async, pause.

Guardrails

• Do not infer meeting value from title alone.
• Distinguish missing evidence from evidence of uselessness.
