Context Compression

Compress conversation when context is large.

Steps

1. Task — one sentence: what is the active goal?
2. Done — completed milestones only; drop failed attempts, dead-ends, and benchmark detail entirely (or reduce to a single clause in Key Decisions if causally relevant)
3. Remaining — concrete next steps not yet started
4. Constraints — hard and soft limits that must survive context reset
5. Key Decisions — what was decided and why; one line per decision
