Assess current cohesion baseline — Administer the Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ) or a simplified version to measure task integration, social integration, and individual attraction to group.
Identify cohesion gaps — Distinguish whether the gap is primarily task cohesion (roles unclear, communication breakdown, accountability deficit) or social cohesion (interpersonal conflict, cliques, low trust).
