Use this skill to convert meetings into execution.

Workflow

1. Gather meeting context from available notes, transcripts, calendar entries, or user-provided text.

   • If several meetings match, ask one concise disambiguation question.

2. Extract the execution layer.

   • Decisions
   • Owners
   • Dates
   • Dependencies
   • Open questions
   • Follow-up recipients

3. Push useful outputs into Hive when requested.

   • Update notes or summaries.
   • Create or update actions.
   • Prepare follow-up drafts or calendar changes if tools support them and the user asks.

4. Return a concise recap.

   • Do not stop at narrative summary when the user clearly wants follow-through.

Guardrails

• Create drafts and suggested replies by default. Do not send outbound email unless the user explicitly asks and available tools support it safely.
• Before scheduling or moving meetings, check availability when calendar tools support it.
• Treat external attendees carefully. If attendee list is ambiguous, ask before creating/updating events.
• Prefer creating or updating Hive work items when the user wants recap plus execution.
