Version Generation Template
When generating multiple versions, use this structure:
Short Version (25–40 words)
One to two sentences. Name, brokerage, key credential, primary market, one differentiator, one proof point.
Medium Version (75–125 words)
Expanded short version. Add service areas, 2–3 specialties, transaction stats, review score. Third person unless agent requests otherwise.
Long Version (150–250 words, 2–3 paragraphs)
Full narrative. All EEAT signals, detailed specialties, community involvement, personal touch. Can include a brief personal background paragraph.
Website "About" Version (250–400 words)
Most comprehensive. Keyword-rich, structured with implied headers, schema-ready. Include all designations spelled out, complete service area list, and strong CTA.
Platform-Specific Versions
Tailored to each platform's character limit, audience, and formatting rules per the specs above. Only generate for platforms the agent has or wants profiles on.
Cross-Platform Consistency Rules
Across all versions:
- Name, brokerage, and license info must be identical
- Transaction stats and review scores must match (or use the most recent accurate number)
- Designations must be spelled the same way everywhere
- Service area claims must be consistent
- Don't claim different specialties on different platforms — AI cross-references
