This skill is an original software-workflow translation of turnover, effective communication, place-keeping, flagging, task briefing, and review practices from DOE-HDBK-1028-2009 as public source lineage. It does not create DOE compliance, formal assurance, safety, security, certification, or regulatory adequacy.
npx claudepluginhub flyfission/nuclear-grade-context-engineering --plugin nuclear-gradeStructured work handoff across context boundaries: triage decisions, constraints, and remaining work into a prompt-quality transfer document. Invoke whenever task involves handing off work — session restart, teammate delegation, async resumption, or any context boundary crossing.
Produces a handoff document so a fresh agent can continue work from the current session. Handles both mid-arc continuation and backlog handoffs.
Creates a forward-looking handoff package for another agent, model, or human to continue a task without session context. Useful when delegating, switching sessions, or handing off between pipeline steps.
