This skill has been **renamed** to `user-story-author` following the kit's adoption of the DDD-based SRS template (User Stories at SRS §3.2, FRS detail at `docs/frs/<FR-ID>.md`). The new template has no free-standing "acceptance criteria"; testable contracts live inside each User Story's Business Rules (Invariants) and Post-conditions.
