Vault Refactor

Rename, move, and reorganize notes in the connected Obsidian vault. This skill must be explicitly invoked because it performs destructive operations.

Use list_notes to understand the current vault structure — folder layout, naming conventions, tag usage.
If the user's request is broad (e.g., "reorganize my project notes"), present a plan before executing:
- List each rename/move you intend to make
- Note which backlinks will be updated
- Ask for confirmation before proceeding
For each rename, use the rename_note tool. It will:
- Rename/move the file on disk
- Add the old name to the note's aliases frontmatter
- Update all backlinks across the vault
- Append a modified_by audit entry
After all renames, report a summary:
- Notes renamed/moved
- Total backlinks updated
- Any notes that could not be renamed (e.g., read-only folders)
Never rename notes in read-only folders. If a note is in a read-only folder, inform the user and skip it.
