Summarise meeting

Turn raw meeting notes or a transcript into a clear, skimmable recap.

Steps

1. If no notes were provided, ask the user to paste the raw notes or transcript.
2. Identify the meeting's purpose and the participants if stated (don't guess names).
3. Extract the substance — decisions, discussion points, open questions — and drop filler, repetition, and small talk.

Output

Produce a recap with these sections (omit a section if genuinely empty):

• TL;DR — 2–3 sentences capturing the outcome.
• Decisions — what was agreed, as a bulleted list.
• Discussion — key points and context, grouped by topic.
• Open questions — anything unresolved or needing follow-up.

Keep it faithful to the source: do not invent decisions or attribute statements that aren't supported by the notes. If something is ambiguous, mark it as "(unclear)" rather than resolving it yourself.
