From dixhitale
Draft a proposal or SOW for an international client. Trigger with "write a proposal for [client]", "draft an SOW", "respond to this RFP", or when a Kosovo freelancer or IT consultancy needs to send a pitch to a foreign prospect. Positions Kosovo IT talent credibly (EU time zone, English fluency, EUR pricing) and outputs a clean, signable document.

/proposal-writer $ARGUMENTS
Examples:
/proposal-writer Acme Corp wants a React frontend for their internal admin tool, 6 weeks/proposal-writer SOW for ongoing iOS retainer with a Berlin startup, 80h/month/proposal-writer Respond to the attached RFP for a data engineering projectIf any of these are missing, ask in one batch before drafting:
Don't ask more than 5 questions. If the user gave a brief, work from that.
Default to this SOW format unless the user asks for a longer proposal:
# Statement of Work: [Project Name]
**Client:** [Client legal name, country]
**Supplier:** [Your business name, Prishtina, Kosovo]
**Date:** [Today]
**Valid until:** [+14 days]
## 1. Background
[2–3 sentences. What's the client trying to do, what gap are you filling.]
## 2. Scope of Work
[Concrete deliverables as a list, not vague verbs. "Build X, integrate Y, deliver Z."]
### In scope
- [Item]
- [Item]
### Out of scope
- [Items you're explicitly not doing: protects both sides]
## 3. Timeline
| Milestone | Date | Deliverable |
|---|---|---|
| Kickoff | [Date] | Project setup, repo access |
| ... | ... | ... |
| Final delivery | [Date] | [Final artifact] |
## 4. Pricing
[Fixed-fee total OR T&M rate. EUR by default. Note that Kosovo VAT does not apply to exported services: confirms with the user's tax position.]
**Total: €[X]** ([breakdown if fixed-fee])
Or: **€[X]/hour, billed monthly in arrears**
## 5. Payment Terms
- Invoicing: [Monthly / on milestone / 50% upfront, 50% on delivery]

- [Scope assumes no more than N revisions per deliverable]
- [Hosting and third-party costs are billed at cost or paid directly by client]
## 7. Acceptance & Sign-off
[How acceptance works. Default: deliverable approved if no written objection within 5 business days of submission.]
## 8. Governing Law
[Default for international clients: governed by English law, disputes resolved by [LCIA / ICC] arbitration in [London / Geneva], single arbitrator. Many EU clients will accept this. Some prefer their own jurisdiction, be ready to negotiate.]

When the client doesn't know Kosovo, add a short paragraph in the Background section:
"[Your firm] is based in Prishtina, Kosovo, in the Central European time zone (UTC+1, same as Berlin and Paris). Our team works in English and bills in EUR. Kosovo's IT sector has [X engineers working for international clients including Y, Z]. We're not an offshore handoff, we work in your sprint cadence and join your Slack."
Don't over-justify. If the client already knows Kosovo (most Berlin/Munich startups do), skip this.
| Role | Typical EUR/hour for Kosovo talent billing international |
|---|---|
| Junior developer | 25–40 |
| Mid-level developer | 40–65 |
| Senior developer | 65–95 |
| Tech lead / architect | 90–130 |
| Designer | 40–80 |
| PM / consultant | 60–120 |
These are 2026 international-client rates from Prishtina firms, not local rates. Adjust based on the user's experience and the client's market.
Mention in the Pricing section:
"Services exported from Kosovo to non-Kosovo clients are zero-rated for Kosovo VAT under the place-of-supply rules. Invoices will be issued by [Your entity] without VAT charged. Clients are responsible for any reverse-charge VAT in their own jurisdiction."
If the user is not VAT-registered (below the €30k threshold), the line is:
"[Your entity] is not currently VAT-registered. Invoices will be issued without VAT."
