Account Shortlist

Use this skill to move from segment strategy to a concrete account list.

Inputs

• ICP or segment map
• region
• account count target
• target company size
• whether accounts should be "big fish" or local/mid-market
• Apollo access status

If live Apollo is unavailable, use sample-data/accounts.json as a demo dataset and label it as sample data.

Apollo Workflow

1. Search companies by segment, geography, employee count, and keywords.
2. For each candidate, check whether Apollo shows relevant departments or title density around:
   • Operations
   • Engineering
   • Facilities
   • Manufacturing
   • Maintenance
3. Score each account:
   • 3 points: regulated or process-heavy manufacturing
   • 3 points: visible site/facilities/manufacturing leadership
   • 2 points: regional fit
   • 2 points: credible pain tied to controls, uptime, validation, or panel capacity
4. Keep a short "why this account" note that can become outbound messaging.

• Top 4 to enrich first

• Accounts to defer

Rules

• Do not over-enrich before account fit is clear.
• For public output, include account names only when acceptable and omit contact names, emails, phones, and Apollo IDs.
• If enrichment will spend credits, stop and ask for confirmation.
