Software Factory

A Claude Code plugin that turns one brief into shipped software by orchestrating a full tool stack into a single gated pipeline:

• superpowers — process discipline (brainstorm → plan → TDD → verify)
• karpathy-guidelines — per-turn code restraint (assumptions, simplicity, surgical diffs)
• ruflo — the agent swarm engine + shared HNSW memory + task/model routing
• ECC — agent catalog + AgentShield security gate
• open-design — design-grade frontend artifacts from brand specs
• Obsidian CLI — durable cross-session knowledge store

One call runs all six. Optional tools degrade gracefully if not installed; the superpowers discipline is the irreducible core.

Install

/plugin marketplace add <this-repo-url-or-local-path>
/plugin install software-factory@software-factory

Then either:

/factory build a bilingual recipe site, Next.js, with auth and search

or just describe what you want to build in plain language — the skill auto-triggers.

What it does (6 gated phases)

1. Design gate — brainstorming + karpathy restraint → written design (hard block).
2. Plan — task-broken plan at docs/superpowers/plans/<date>-<feature>.md.
3. Dispatch — scripts/orchestrate.mjs plan parses the plan → agent manifest.
4. Swarm — one agent per task (type auto-classified), TDD-first, shared memory.
5. Security gate — AgentShield + aidefence scan; exit 2 blocks the merge (hard block).
6. Verify + ship — run the app, prove it works, PR, write lessons back to memory.

The orchestrator script

scripts/orchestrate.mjs (pure Node, no deps) is the deterministic plumbing:

CI runs the suite on Node 20 / 22 / 24.

Requirements

• Node 20+ (orchestrator script).
• Recommended: the superpowers plugin and a ruflo MCP server.
• Optional: ecc-agentshield (npm i -g ecc-agentshield), obsidian-cli, open-design.
