Requires Claude Code v2+ and python on PATH (for hooks and pipeline scripts).

Quick start

In a fresh project: /research-factory:init-project My Project — creates the folder structure, backbone files, and project CLAUDE.md contract. Then /research-factory:strategist to plan your research design.

Optional configuration

Everything works out of the box (web search uses Claude Code's built-in WebSearch — no API key needed). Optional extras:
