Data-source agnostic flow metrics, probabilistic forecasting, and process stability analysis based on Vacanti's framework
Fetch work item data from the configured source and update local flow metrics
Probabilistic delivery forecast — single items (percentiles) or multiple items (Monte Carlo simulation)
Show current flow health including WIP, aging items, and throughput trends
Interactive setup to configure flow metrics for the current project
Display Service Level Expectations based on historical Cycle Time percentiles
Provides Vacanti's flow metrics principles when discussing predictability, forecasting, cycle time, throughput, or delivery estimates. Triggers on keywords like "estimate", "when will", "how long", "velocity", "average cycle time", "story points", "deadline", "SLE", "percentile", "forecast"
Guides appropriate responses to process variation using Vacanti's framework. Triggers when discussing process improvement, responding to metric changes, XmR chart signals, sprint retrospectives, or when someone asks "why did our velocity/throughput change?"

Plugin development happens in homelab/tools/claude-plugins/.
1. Sync files to publish repository:
rsync -av --delete ~/src/homelab/tools/claude-plugins/ ~/src/claude-plugins-publish/ --exclude=.git --exclude=plans
2. Commit and push:
cd ~/src/claude-plugins-publish
git add -A
git commit -m "feat: <description of changes>"
git push origin main
Why separate repos?
The homelab repository contains secrets in its git history. Git subtree push includes parent commits, which would expose those secrets to GitHub's secret scanning. Using a separate publish repository ensures clean history without secrets.
Locations:
~/src/homelab/tools/claude-plugins/~/src/claude-plugins-publish/This is a personal marketplace. Suggestions welcome via GitHub issues.
