Setup plugin for HVAC and plumbing wholesale distributors using the CoWork for Distributors scaffold. Bundles three skills — Onboarding Coach, System Review, and First Week Guide — that personalise the scaffold to your business and walk you through your first week of guided wins. Install once and the three skills are available for every CoWork session in this workspace.
Run the morning briefing on demand
Run the end-of-day summary with optional reflection
Quick captain's log entry — capture what's happening right now
Show current open tasks grouped by urgency
Scan a folder (Downloads, Desktop, ERP exports) and propose cleanup
Flags customer accounts that have gone quiet in conversation. Triggers when the user says "account drift", "any accounts gone quiet", "customers I haven't talked to", "drift check", "show me drifting accounts", or when the scheduled account-drift task fires (typically monthly). Reads recent captain's log entries, cross-references against the user's customer list and top-25 tracker if it exists, and surfaces accounts that haven't appeared in conversation for 30+ days. Designed for HVAC and plumbing wholesale distributors managing key contractor accounts where silence often precedes loss.
Generates the daily morning briefing or end-of-day summary for distributor work. Triggers when the user asks "what's on my plate today", "give me my briefing", "morning briefing", "end of day", "what did I do today", "daily summary", "EOD summary", "what's hot today", or when a scheduled task runs the daily briefing or end-of-day prompt. Also triggers on /briefing and /eod commands. Reads the captain's log, tasks, calendar, and AR/vendor signals to produce a clear, scannable briefing in distributor language.
Your guided first week with CoWork for Distributors. Use this skill when the user says 'first week guide', 'what should I do first', 'how do I start using this', 'show me what this can do', 'day 1', 'day 2', 'day 3', 'day 4', 'day 5', 'getting started tasks', 'quick wins', 'what can I do with CoWork for Distributors', 'teach me how to use this', 'walk me through CoWork', 'first week', 'next day', or 'continue the guide'. Also triggers on 'what should I try', 'show me something useful', or 'I just set up CoWork'. This skill walks HVAC and plumbing distributors through five days of guided wins — a real vendor email, a real AR review, a real customer quote, a real slow-mover report, and a real QBR prep. Each day produces output the distributor keeps and uses. It teaches prompting principles through doing, not lecturing.
Your active personal assistant for distributor work — tracks tasks, logs your day, remembers vendors and customer contacts, captures decisions, and gives you daily briefings. Use this skill whenever the user talks conversationally about their day, mentions tasks, vendors, customers, or commitments, asks "what's on my plate", "what did I do today", "any vendors I'm overdue with", wants a briefing or summary, mentions the PA, Admin-PA, captain's log, or says things like "log this", "remind me", "I need to", "had a call with", "Smith Plumbing went on credit hold", or any personal organisation query. Also triggers on /log, /tasks, /briefing, /eod, and /tidy commands.
Guided onboarding coach for CoWork for Distributors. Use this skill when the user asks to set up their system, configure their workspace, personalise their AI assistant, fill in their About Me files, get started with CoWork, or says anything like 'set up my system', 'help me get started', 'configure my workspace', 'personalise Claude', 'onboard me', or 'walk me through setup'. Also trigger when the user mentions 'onboarding coach', 'setup guide', 'system setup', or asks to 'review my setup', 'improve my setup', 'update my writing rules', or 'check my system health'. This skill customises the pre-filled ABOUT ME/ files for the specific HVAC/plumbing distributor, runs a quality check on what was created, introduces the System Review for ongoing improvement, and points users toward next steps. It also handles returning users who want to review or improve their setup.

Plugins for HVAC and plumbing wholesale distributors using CoWork for Distributors.
This is the public Tenexity marketplace of CoWork OS plugins. Add it once to your CoWork desktop app and every Tenexity plugin — current and future — becomes installable in one click.
Inside CoWork, click Customise (sliders icon, bottom-left) → Plugins → click + next to "Personal plugins" → Add marketplace, then paste:
tenexity/cowork-distributor-plugins
Click Sync. CoWork shows a standard third-party safety notice (Anthropic shows this for every non-Anthropic plugin marketplace — it's not specific to Tenexity). Click Sync to confirm.
You'll see Tenexity's plugins listed under the Personal tab. Click + on each one you want to install.
Plugins are added here as they ship. Run cat .claude-plugin/marketplace.json for the live list.
Shipping in v0.1:
CoWork-for-Distributors-v1.0/.CoWork-for-Distributors-v2.0/.The setup plugins package the setup skills into a one-click install — no file-permissions roulette, no marketplace fallback for skills.
The two operational plugins are scaffold-layer free coaches — they explain methodology, ask for ERP exports as pasted input, and produce one-shot analyses. They do not connect to ERPs, manufacturer portals, or run scheduled jobs. Ongoing automation, ERP integration, and persistent state are part of paid Tenexity pilots — see tenexity.ai/distributors for pilot details.
These will appear in the marketplace as they ship:

This marketplace repo is the published surface. The internal build process happens in the parent CoWork-class repo at tenexity-plugins/:
tenexity-plugins/<NN>-<Specialist>/..plugin file.tenexity-plugins/marketplace/plugins/<plugin-name>/. Each plugin's internal structure (.claude-plugin/plugin.json, skills/, scripts/, README.md) comes from the Builder..claude-plugin/marketplace.json in this folder — add an entry to the plugins array following BC's schema (name, source, description, version, author, category, tags).github.com/tenexity/cowork-distributor-plugins. From that point distributors who have already added the marketplace see the new plugin appear automatically. The full build workflow lives in tenexity-plugins/README.md.
The marketplace.json schema follows the Anthropic plugin-marketplace standard, modeled directly on Better Creating's bettercreating/cowork-os-plugins. Top-level keys:
