Drive Superposition recruiting — bootstrap your company profile, triage the candidate review backlog, and check pipeline health — from your coding agent.
Populate or enrich your Superposition company profile (the "company soul").
Read-only pipeline health and daily priorities.
Connect to Superposition and confirm your active org before doing recruiting work.
Find, research, or assess candidates in Superposition.
Record a confirmed fact (insight/learning) about a person.
Populate or enrich the Superposition company profile — the "company soul" that powers FitCheck assessment and candidate outreach. Use whenever the user wants to set up, fill in, enrich, or improve their company information on SPA, mentions "company soul / profile / identity", is onboarding, or asks why FitCheck or outreach quality is weak. This is a prerequisite for the candidate-review skills — a thin profile produces weak assessments.
Connect to Superposition (SPA) and confirm you're set up before doing recruiting work. Use this whenever the user first mentions Superposition, asks to "connect", "set up", "log in", or "authenticate" with SPA, asks which organization they're in, says they can't see their candidates/jobs, or hits a 401/403/permission error from an SPA tool. Run this before the other Superposition skills so the active org and access are established.
Find, look up, research, and summarize candidates in Superposition. Use for "find Python engineers from Google", "who are the top people we haven't contacted yet", "give me a quick summary of this person before I decide", "research this candidate and check their GitHub", "what's his comp expectation / notice period / timezone", "what's her LinkedIn", or "who failed the technical screen". Also use to assess a candidate against the bar — "why does he clear the bar?", "is she really top-tier? what are the proof points?", "show me the best matches and filter out weak schools/companies". This is the read/research/assess entry point — for taking an action on a candidate use pipeline-actions; for recording a new fact use record-candidate-insights; for telling the client use pitch-to-client.
Control candidate outreach and follow-up emails in Superposition — draft/send a follow-up, chase a non-responder, send a polite decline, hold or cancel a queued send, or stop the agent because a human is taking over the thread. Use for "draft a follow-up about availability", "reach out and ask if he wants to reschedule", "send an apologetic decline", "don't send a follow-up", "I'll handle my own email", or "if they've had three emails with no reply, archive them".
View and edit jobs/roles in Superposition — list open roles, check a role's status, update comp, the job description, location, or work-auth fields, set pre-interview checks, or draft a new role. Use for "what roles are we hiring for", "update the salary range on the Head of Marketing role", "update the JD to say remote-first", "what's the status of the marketing role", "always ask for a portfolio before flagging", or "open a new role for a staff backend engineer". Also use to set up or copy interview stages between jobs, duplicate a role, or edit the ideal-candidate profile ("prefer IC, no managers", "copy the other job's scheduling config", "duplicate the founding-eng job").

Connect your coding agent to Superposition (SPA) — the AI hiring platform — and drive it with guided skills: bootstrap your company profile, triage the candidate review backlog, and check pipeline health, without leaving your editor. Works with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Gemini CLI, all through Superposition's hosted MCP server.
Source of truth lives in the Superposition monorepo (
packages/ai-plugin/) and is published to this repo on each version bump. Edit skills in the monorepo, not here.

The plugin installs disabled by default (it connects to an external service), so the enable
step is required before its skills, commands, and MCP server load. You can also toggle it anytime via
/plugin.

Install from the Cursor Marketplace, or add manually in Settings → Plugins. For just the MCP connection, use the "Add to Cursor" deeplink from the Superposition dashboard.

On first use, the agent calls a Superposition tool and a browser opens for OAuth sign-in. Approve it once; tokens are stored by your tool's keychain. No API keys or secrets to configure.

role already allows.https://app.superposition.ai/mcp/p/<presetId> — for read-only, a single org, or specific data.
Nothing else changes.Superposition exposes read tools (look up candidates, jobs, company, pipeline, insights) plus one
action tool, invoke_agent, which runs Superposition's Master Agent to make changes safely (with
its approval gates and human-in-the-loop checks). The skills below orchestrate both.
Skills activate automatically when your request matches them — you don't have to name them.

manage-outreach | Draft, send, hold, or cancel candidate follow-up emails |
record-candidate-insights | Record a confirmed person-level fact (visa, comp, availability…) |
schedule-interviews | Schedule, reschedule, or handle no-shows |
manage-roles | View/edit roles, interview stages, the ideal-candidate profile |
pitch-to-client | Pitch candidates / post client updates in Slack |
pipeline-health-briefing | Read-only pipeline health + daily priorities |
review-candidates-auto | Triage the awaiting-review backlog unattended (full auto) |
review-candidates-human-loop | Review candidates one by one, you decide each (default) |
bootstrap-company-soul | Populate/enrich your company profile (prerequisite for review) |
Commands are explicit entry points in the / menu (skills auto-trigger; commands fire on demand).
Each shows an argument-hint so the menu is self-documenting.
Platform availability: the /superposition:* slash commands below are loaded on Claude Code.
On Codex & Cursor, the skills themselves are directly slash-invocable as /superposition:<skill-name>.
On Gemini CLI, only review-backlog ships as a slash command today; for everything else just use
natural language (the matching skill auto-triggers). Regardless of platform, every workflow is always
reachable by natural language — the slash commands are a convenience, not the only entry point.
