setup-worktrees

Prepares the current project for use with claude-squad (cs) on Windows:

1. Installs cs.exe (built from claude-squad PR #248, which adds Windows support) if it isn't already on PATH. Downloads a prebuilt binary from this repo's cs-windows-pr248 release.
2. Scans the current project for untracked files (env vars, local secrets/config) that a new git worktree wouldn't include, and writes/updates a .worktreeinclude manifest at the project root.

Trigger with: "set up worktrees", "/setup-worktrees", "install claude-squad".
