Extracts user-reported issues from voice transcript of an ADA capture session. Segments the transcript into atomic units, normalizes each segment to remove oral noise, reads holistically, identifies discourses and structuralizes concerns with full context awareness, cross-checks with keyword scanning, maps back to trace coordinates, and assembles a discourse graph showing segment-to-discourse relationships.
