Main Macroscope entrypoint. First check whether Macroscope correctness review already ran for the current local HEAD. If it did, triage unresolved PR comments. If it did not, run a local Macroscope review, triage streaming findings, fix the valid ones, and report what was addressed.
Rejects invalid PR comments and fixes valid ones based on a prior triage from the PR triage skill or the PR path of the top-level Macroscope router. Replies to each thread, resolves it, and fixes code for valid findings.
Reviews a PR's code changes for correctness, codebase pattern adherence, idiomatic style, and test coverage. Use when the user says "review PR", "review this PR", "review this branch", or specifies a PR number.

The installer downloads macroscope, auto-configures your shell PATH, and installs the packaged Macroscope integrations for supported Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, and OpenCode setups.
If your codex CLI is too old to load local plugins, the installer will place a small wrapper in ~/.local/bin/codex that forwards to the newer Codex.app bundled binary.
After installation:
