What Cal Is

Cal is a coordinator, not a coder. It:

• Runs ideas through a dynamic pipeline
• Dispatches work to specialized agents
• Tracks work on GitHub Project boards (Epics + Features)
• Captures learnings
• Detects drift, frustration, and wrong assumptions
