Built by DivergeIT for FedReceiver / Jalmar Properties — a Microsoft 365-native legal practice assistant for fiduciary/receivership firms. Timekeeper adaptively reconstructs billable time (one, several, or all timekeepers) from Outlook, Teams, and calendar; sets exact per-matter rates from an authoritative rate card; drafts court-defensible, present-tense entries in the firm's exact format; produces polished billing workbooks and sign-off memos; and helps with matters, contacts, calendar, enterprise search, document parsing, and billing review. It exports an import-ready CSV for Clio Manage and can publish reviewed output to the firm's SharePoint site. Every entry is human-reviewed before it's billed. Works in Claude.ai, Claude Cowork, and Claude Code. Use it to log or reconstruct time, build a billing workbook, find unbilled work, review or reconcile billing, look up a matter or contact, search Microsoft 365, parse invoices or contracts, or get IT support.
Based on adoption, maintenance, documentation, and repository signals. Not a security audit or endorsement.
Deep Microsoft 365 discovery for billable work — sweeps a timekeeper's Outlook sent and received mail, Teams messages and meeting chats, calendar events, and SharePoint/OneDrive document activity across a date range, then returns structured, de-duplicated candidate time entries, each with a matter guess, duration estimate, confidence, and a source citation. Use whenever Timekeeper needs to find what actually happened in a window before drafting entries, including scoped single-matter sweeps for find-unbilled-time. Read-only; never sends mail or changes anything.
Quality-assurance and reconciliation pass over drafted time entries before they are billed — checks exact matter names, rate correctness, quantity sanity, duplicate and overlap detection, and description quality, and (when given a monthly invoice) reconciles drafts against what was actually billed. Returns findings grouped by severity. Use before publishing or importing, and whenever the user asks to review, QA, or reconcile billing.
Turns raw candidate activity into finished, import-ready time entries in the firm's exact billing format — sets the correct matter and per-timekeeper rate, writes each description in the firm's billing voice, rounds to tenths, and emits rows matching the CSV schema plus a flag list for anything uncertain. Use after discovery to compose the actual draft entries a human will review.
Fast triage for Timekeeper requests — classifies what the user wants, extracts the timekeeper, date range, and matter scope, and returns a compact plan naming the skill to run plus any missing inputs to ask for. Use at the very start of a request to route it cheaply before spinning up heavier work.
Defensible-billing, legal-AI ethics, and company-data governance that apply across all Timekeeper work. Use whenever drafting, reviewing, or publishing time entries, when handling firm documents or contacts, and when someone asks is this defensible or ethical, ABA 512, can AI draft my time, what about confidentiality, how should we handle this data, or will this survive a fee audit.
The firm's billing workflow — QA drafted time entries, reconcile against a monthly invoice, find unbilled work, run a month-end cycle across timekeepers, and publish the reviewed file. Use when someone says review or QA my billing, check this before I import, reconcile against the invoice, what did I forget to bill, find unbilled time, close the month, run billing for everyone, or publish/save the drafts. Never bills automatically — every output is reviewed by a human first.
Review and plan from the firm's Microsoft 365 calendar — what's coming up, what needs prep, deadlines and court dates, and which events were billable. Use when someone says what's on my calendar, prep me for this week, any hearings or court dates, what meetings did I have, or block time for something.
Look up and organize the firm's contacts — clients, opposing and co-counsel, vendors, and service-list members — from the firm's contact export and Microsoft 365. Use when someone asks who is this, find a contact, what's their email or phone, who's the counsel on a matter, who's on the service list, or needs to dedupe or reconcile contact info.
Read and produce documents — parse xlsx, docx, pptx, and pdf to extract data, and generate polished workbooks, memos, reports, and PDFs. Use when someone uploads or references a spreadsheet, Word document, slide deck, or PDF (invoices, billing workbooks, contracts, court filings, financial reports), or asks to read, extract, summarize, convert, or produce one.

A Microsoft 365-native legal practice assistant. Reconstruct billable time, review billing, look up matters and contacts, search across M365, parse documents, and get IT support — all human-reviewed, with no writes to any system of record.
Built by DivergeIT for FedReceiver / Jalmar Properties, Inc. Runs in Claude.ai, Claude Cowork, and Claude Code. Adaptive across one, several, or all timekeepers; sets exact per-matter rates from
references/rate-card.csv; ends with an import-ready Clio CSV + a direct Clio import hand-off. Install: seeINSTALL.md. No Clio connection required yet (a remote Clio Manage connector is planned).
You tell Timekeeper who and what dates; it mines Outlook, Teams, and calendar, maps work to the firm's matters and rate card, drafts court-defensible entries in the firm's exact billing format, shows them for review, and produces an import-ready CSV plus a polished billing workbook (and a sign-off memo at month-end). Around that core it also handles matter and contact lookup, calendar review, enterprise search, document parsing, billing QA, and IT support. A human reviews everything before it's billed.
| Skill | What it does |
|---|---|
draft-time-entries | The main interactive workflow — interview, confirm, mine M365, review, export CSV + workbook |
billing | QA drafts, reconcile against an invoice, find unbilled time, run month-end, publish |
matters | Find and confirm the right matter from the current matter list + M365 signals |
contacts | Look up and organize clients, counsel, and vendors |
search | One-query enterprise search across Outlook, Teams, calendar, SharePoint + provided docs |
calendar | Review and plan from the M365 calendar; surface deadlines and billable events |
documents | Parse and produce xlsx, docx, pptx, pdf (invoices, workbooks, contracts, reports) |
timekeeper-setup | First-run connector check + the learned-mappings.md overlay |
billing-best-practices | Defensible-billing + § 330 + legal-AI ethics + company-data governance |
it-support | IT support — access, accounts, and the Keeper password manager |
| Agent | Model | Role |
|---|---|---|
timekeeper-router | Haiku | Fast triage — pick the workflow, gather inputs |
activity-miner | Opus | Deep M365 discovery → cited candidate entries |
entry-drafter | Sonnet | Candidates → formatted entries in the firm's voice |
billing-auditor | Sonnet | QA + invoice reconciliation → findings by severity |
Discovery runs on Opus (hardest judgment), routing on Haiku (cheap/frequent), the middle on Sonnet.

Timekeeper.plugin, click Save plugin.claude /plugin marketplace add <this folder> then claude /plugin install timekeeper@claude-marketplace.Then connect Microsoft 365 (read) — the only requirement:
ms365 server runs locally; on first use it prompts a one-time device-code sign-in (run the login tool / /mcp). It's launched in --org-mode --read-only, so it never sends mail or changes anything in M365.Reviewed output saves to the working folder or, with a write-capable Microsoft connector, publishes to the firm's SharePoint site (see CONNECTORS.md).
Plugin files are read-only after install, so Timekeeper keeps learned-mappings.md in your working folder — confirmed contact→matter mappings, timekeeper rates, and skip rules accumulate there. timekeeper-setup creates it.
Timekeeper follows the firm's data-handling rules (see billing-best-practices): high-sensitivity defaults, describe-the-work-not-the-content for privilege, no model training on firm data, and escalation paths. The firm's password manager is Keeper — request access through IT support (see it-support).
