호출 방식
플러그인 스킬은 /플러그인명 또는 /플러그인명:스킬명으로 호출합니다.

단축형 조건: 플러그인에 스킬이 1개이고, 스킬 이름 = 플러그인 이름이면 단축형 사용 가능
clarify는 3개 스킬(vague, unknown, metamedium)이 있어 /clarify:스킬명 형식 사용
