automate — brand-faithful marketing-page factory

A Claude Code skill. /automate captures your brand once, then authors high-fidelity marketing pages from a short brief (driven up to a measured quality bar), propagates brand changes across every configured surface, verifies in a real browser, and ships via a safe git flow. Config-driven — works on any repo, including an empty one. Output is static HTML/CSS by default, or your repo's stack.

Install

A) Plugin marketplace (CLIs with /plugin)

Skills load from ~/.claude/skills/. Copy the folder there:

Zero-dep core (Node 20+). The fidelity gate uses Playwright for screenshots: npx playwright install chromium (the gate degrades to a manual check if absent). Available after the next session.

How it works

• Brand kit (.automate/brand.json) — color roles, type scale, spacing, logo, voice. Extracted by init, hand-editable. Output derives from it → on-brand.
• Fidelity gate — multi-viewport screenshots + a 0–10 design rubric + reference visual-diff + a11y/page-weight, looped until it passes (or budget runs out).
• Surfaces (.automate/config.json) — where brand lives: mirror trees, tokenized app code, favicons, email, chatbot. Propagation keeps them consistent + gate-safe.
• Hybrid engine — works standalone; delegates to installed design skills (design-shotgun, frontend-design, design-review, ui-ux-pro-max) when present.

Won't do

Backend/data changes, general refactors, or bypassing branch protection. It pauses at the merge gate for you to merge, then verifies the deploy. License: MIT.
