What this skill does

The aicp-feedback-ocr skill reads scanned AICP Workshop Feedback PDFs — the physical forms that doctors fill in by hand at each workshop — and turns them into a clean Excel file matching the Medflix tracking sheet. It asks you for the attendance list, the company, specialty, city, date, and faculty, then reads every form using Claude's vision to extract names, ratings, MCQ responses, and freetext answers. Difficult doctor handwriting is handled with fuzzy name-matching and confidence flags so you always know which rows to double-check.

How to use it

1. Upload your feedback PDF(s) to the chat.
2. Say: "process feedback forms"
3. Follow the prompts — the skill will ask for the attendance list and a few batch details.
4. Download the .xlsx file at the end.

Requirements

• Claude Desktop (Free, Pro, or Max plan)
• Code execution enabled: Settings → Capabilities → turn on "Code execution"
