The Cursed (and Highly Fashionable) Lucky Hat Plugin Marketplace

Well, well, well. Look what you’ve stumbled upon, you curious little sausage.

This, my friends, is the Lucky Hat. Now, my sweet lady wife keeps telling me it’s cursed—made of the finest witch's skin, she claims, complete with a rather unfortunate puckered opening on the back. But I say, look at the silhouette! It is exquisite. It is a local plugin bazaar, a digital cabinet of curiosities, designed to bestow rather magnificent skills upon your mechanical companions: Codex, Copilot CLI, and Claude Code.

Be warned: This grand collection of digital witchcraft is licensed under the GNU GPL v3. See the LICENSE if you are a pedantic bore or a magistrate.

The Cabinet of Curiosities (Included Plugins)

Within this marvelous hat, we have stuffed all manner of tricks and treats:

• 71 Splendid Curiosities: Ready to be summoned from the depths of .agents/plugins/marketplace.json.
• 75 Local Novelties: Freshly plucked from the orchards of ../agent-skills/skills. They are static snapshots, mind you. No live, restless spirits here.
• Consolidation of the Arts: To avoid vulgar duplication, I have personally consolidated four overlapping pairs of plugins (with the help of some minor physical persuasion):
  • git-worktrees has been soundly beaten into worktrunk.
  • integration-testing-http has surrendered its title to testing-workflows (though we kept api-smoke-validation for when you need a quick, hot validation check).
  • plan-review-loop has been trimmed down to the much more elegant plan-review.
  • to-issues has been rebranded as to-prd. Because structure is sexy.

The Anatomy of the Hat (Layout)

Should you wish to poke around in my private drawers, here is where everything resides:

• plugins/ – The raw, throbbing heart of the local plugins.
• .agents/plugins/marketplace.json – The absolute, undeniable source of truth. The master registry of our little marketplace.
• marketplace.json – The public listing for any generic, wandering clients.
• .github/plugin/marketplace.json – For the Copilot crowd.
• .claude-plugin/marketplace.json – For those who prefer Claude’s particular brand of intelligence.

Feeding the Beast (How to Install)

To teach your thinking boxes how to wear the hat, you must run these incantations in your terminal. Gizmo! Type these commands!

Step 1: Tell the machine where the magic comes from

# Copilot CLI (if you must)
