Use this template to start a new talk-html-powered project. Generated from LiuShiyuMath/talk-html-plugin v0.4.0 (talk-ship engine live).

This is the starter skeleton. It is intentionally thin — replace the placeholder content with your real artifacts, then ship via /talk-html "make a recap page".

What you get

• .claude-plugin/plugin.json — Claude Code / Codex manifest. Replace name + description with your project's.
• commands/talk-html.md — minimal pass-through to the upstream skills/talk-html engine. Don't edit unless you need a custom router.
• journey/stages.json — sample journey for the /talk-ship engine. Replace with your real user journey (≥ 3 stages, must include at least one decision and one service stage by id).
• skills/talk-html/ — empty marker dir; the real engine is loaded from the canonical install at PLUGIN_DEST/skills/talk-html (linked at install time).

One-line install (after you've filled in your content)

What to replace before shipping

• .claude-plugin/plugin.json → your name + description (< 350 char)
• commands/talk-html.md → if you need a custom router / role
• journey/stages.json → your real user journey (≥ 3 stages)
• LICENSE → copy from the upstream plugin if you're keeping MIT
• README.md → this file, rewritten for your project
• (optional) .github/workflows/ci.yml → copy from the upstream plugin

What you do NOT replace

• The skills/talk-html/ engine itself. The plugin's install script links your ~/.claude/skills/talk-html/ to the upstream canonical source. Edits here are silently overwritten on next install. To customize the engine, fork LiuShiyuMath/talk-html-plugin and install.sh to point at your fork.
