Adding a New Plugin

1. Create a directory under plugins/ with your plugin name
2. Add a .claude-plugin/plugin.json inside it
3. Add entry to .claude-plugin/marketplace.json in the plugins array

Example plugin.json:

Installation

# Add marketplace to Claude Code
/plugin marketplace add /Users/joescharf/app/cc/cc-joescharf-marketplace

# Install a plugin from this marketplace
/plugin install <plugin-name>@joescharf-marketplace

# Refresh marketplace
