The Activation Flow

1. INSTALL     /plugin install ansible-playbook-creator@claude-code-plugins-plus
2. STARTUP     Claude reads SKILL.md frontmatter → learns trigger phrases
3. ACTIVATE    You say "create an ansible playbook for Apache"
