Parallel-critic + separate-synthesis review skill with a generic persona library for business ideas, research, decisions, and general knowledge-work review. /my-council:add-persona is a guided interview that writes custom personas to ~/.claude/agents/. /my-council:help is an in-chat usage tour.
Receiving-end critic. Reads as the person who has to act on, use, or pay for what the input describes. Cuts through internal jargon and unstated assumptions.
Stakeholder-harm critic. Asks who is harmed or excluded by this and whether that is defensible to a reasonable third party. Rights-and-harms framing, not utilitarian-only.
Forward-aging critic. Asks what changes in the next 1-3 years that makes this look smart or look dumb. Technology drift, regulatory trajectory, deprecation horizons.
Pre-mortem critic. Asks how this fails in practice 6 months from now and what the on-call burden looks like in the meantime. Operational reality, not theoretical possibility.
Realism critic. Asks what it would actually take to ship this and whether the cost is justified by the benefit. Innovation-token accounting, no aspirational thinking.
Guided creation of a new my-council persona via a step-by-step interview. Collects the persona's name, description, lens, load-bearing question, and methodology anchor, then writes a complete persona file to ~/.claude/agents/<name>.md following the bundled-persona template. Use to extend the council's persona library with a custom lens (legal-counsel, data-analyst, narrative-coherence, etc.) without hand-editing the template.
In-chat usage tour for the my-council plugin. Shows the three commands (/my-council, /my-council:add-persona, /my-council:help), the four named panels, the eight bundled personas, environment variables, and a couple of quick-start examples. Use when the operator types /my-council:help, asks "how do I use my-council", asks "what commands does my-council have", or appears to be encountering the plugin for the first time.
Parallel-critic + separate-synthesis review primitive with a generic persona library for business ideas, research, decisions, and general knowledge-work review. Dispatches a panel of persona agents (skeptic, pragmatist, strategist, customer-voice, operator by default; or business-idea / research / decision panels; or any custom --panel), then runs a separate synthesis pass that reconciles into a single verdict. Optional --mixed <codex|gemini> swaps one Claude critic for a cross-vendor peer. Single-round; no inter-critic debate. Use to pressure-test a pitch, validate a research claim, get a go/no-go decision, or review any document needing diverse-lens scrutiny.
