Advise on 21st-century philanthropy: systemic altruism, Jane Wei-Skillern's network leadership principles, Pando Funding's system-change-network model, systemic investing and field-unlocking, charter-constrained DAFs and pooled funds, and systemic evaluation (outcome harvesting, ripple-effect mapping).
A Claude skill for advising on 21st-century philanthropy: giving that works at the level of the system — funding leverage points, enabling conditions, and field infrastructure rather than isolated projects, shifting power toward those closest to the problem, and closing the learning loop so donors watch the system respond.
It weaves together:
The skill runs in three modes: a Socratic advisory dialogue for donors and foundation staff, a written giving blueprint deliverable, and a diagnostic for existing foundations and giving practices. It is deliberately non-evangelical: it engages effective altruism respectfully, treats direct relief as permanently legitimate, and names the honest costs of systemic giving (decade horizons, attribution loss, board friction, field-building risk) with every recommendation.
