Two slash commands, ready to run inside Claude Code:

/financial-pulse

Monday Financial Pulse — an 8-minute weekly cash + AR + AP scan with anomaly detection against the prior 4-week baseline. Replaces a 45-minute manual QuickBooks reconciliation. Read-only — never mutates books.

/overdue-chaser

Overdue Invoice Chaser — drafts tone-graded follow-ups for overdue invoices (friendly → direct → firm → final). You hit send, not Claude. Includes a review checklist and Voss-method calibrated questions on tier 3+ escalations.

Discipline

Every workflow in this pack follows three rules:

1. Draft, don't send. Claude proposes; a human approves.
2. Read, don't mutate. No invoices issued, no books touched, no dunning emails fired without human approval.
3. Flag, don't fix. Anomalies are surfaced, not silently corrected.
