Cowork Operators Accelerator — VIP Marketplace

Five production-grade plugins built live during the VIP mastermind sessions.

Install in Cowork

1. Open Cowork → Settings → Marketplaces → Add Marketplace.
2. Paste: https://github.com/heymitch/vip-accelerator
3. Enable the plugins you want. Each is independent.

Plugins

Plugin	What it does
supabase-builder	Edge function templates + diagnostics. /edge-fn ships, /edge-fn-doctor debugs. Requires the Supabase MCP connector.
tavily-search	Agent-native web search via Tavily. Cheaper and faster than web_fetch. Includes a build prompt that uses supabase-builder to deploy the edge function.
heartbeat	Responsive-agent pattern. Scheduled task that scans Gmail / Slack / Supabase to-dos hourly and drafts responses.
unbundle	/unbundle <term> — turn any abstract word into a set of trainable, visible actions.
pdf-to-markdown	Convert PDFs to clean Markdown without burning tokens reading every page through AI.

Dependency map

• tavily-search works best with supabase-builder + the Supabase MCP connector.
• heartbeat Level 3 uses a Supabase to_do table — install supabase-builder first.
• unbundle and pdf-to-markdown are fully standalone.

Setup order (recommended)

1. Install supabase-builder and connect the Supabase MCP.
2. Install the others in any order.
3. For tavily-search: follow plugins/tavily-search/skills/tavily-search/references/build-prompt.md to deploy the edge function via supabase-builder.

Packaging the plugins locally

./build.sh

Zips each plugin into plugins/<name>/dist/<name>.zip. Used for manual installs or re-distribution.
