Publication-ready bundle for the skill-creator skill.

This repo ships the same skill in three formats so people can use it in different hosts:

• dist/skill-creator.skill - portable skill archive
• repo root - Claude Code plugin bundle using .claude-plugin/ and skills/skill-creator/
• plugins/skill-creator/ - Codex-style plugin bundle

Repo Layout

• skill-creator/ - source-of-truth portable skill contents
• skills/skill-creator/ - Claude Code skill mirror
• .claude-plugin/ - Claude Code plugin metadata
• plugins/skill-creator/ - Codex plugin layout and assets
• dist/ - built release artifacts
• build-release.sh - rebuild all release artifacts from this repo

Install

Portable skill import:

• import dist/skill-creator.skill

Claude Code:

• install or publish this repo root as a plugin bundle
• required paths are already included: .claude-plugin/ and skills/skill-creator/

Codex-style plugin:

• install or publish plugins/skill-creator/

Rebuild Artifacts

Requirements:

• python3
• zip
• pip install -r requirements.txt

Build:

./build-release.sh

Outputs:

• dist/skill-creator.skill
• dist/skill-creator-claude-plugin.zip
• dist/skill-creator-codex-plugin.zip

GitHub Publishing

Suggested flow:

1. Create a new public GitHub repo.
2. Use this directory as the repo root.
3. Push the source files.
4. Create a GitHub release.
5. Attach the three files from dist/ to the release.

This gives people both source-based installation and ready-made downloadable artifacts.
