pytest-consistency
An agent skill that makes generated pytest code consistent: one canonical, modern idiom set instead of a mix of legacy and current APIs.
What it does
pytest is stable, but generated tests import unittest style into pytest files: self.assertEqual, setUp/tearDown, for-loops over cases, try/except/fail for exceptions. This skill pins the native idiom set — plain asserts, yield fixtures, parametrize, built-in fixtures, raises(..., match=) — and catalogs the discovery and conftest traps that silently skip tests.
