GitHub and Git workflow skills and agents for commits, PRs, code review, and PR comment resolution.
Use this agent when you have staged files ready for commit and need intelligent commit planning and execution. Examples: <example>Context: User has staged multiple files with different types of changes and wants to commit them properly. user: 'I've staged several files with bug fixes and new features. Can you help me commit these?' assistant: 'I'll use the commit-creator agent to analyze your staged files, create an optimal commit plan, and handle the commit process.' <commentary>The user has staged files and needs commit assistance, so use the commit-creator agent to handle the entire commit workflow.</commentary></example> <example>Context: User has made changes and wants to ensure proper commit organization. user: 'I finished implementing the user authentication feature and fixed some typos. Everything is staged.' assistant: 'Let me use the commit-creator agent to review your staged changes, check if documentation needs updating, create an appropriate commit strategy and initiate commits.' <commentary>User has completed work and staged files, perfect time to use commit-creator for proper commit planning.</commentary></example>
Use this agent when user asks to "address PR comments", "resolve PR feedback", "handle review comments", "fix PR issues", or "respond to PR review". Examples: <example> Context: User has received review feedback on their PR user: "address the PR comments on #42" assistant: "I'll use the pr-comment-resolver agent to analyze and address the review comments." <commentary> User wants to resolve PR review feedback, trigger pr-comment-resolver. </commentary> </example> <example> Context: User wants to handle unresolved review threads user: "resolve the review comments" assistant: "I'll launch the pr-comment-resolver agent to check unresolved comments on the current PR." <commentary> No PR number given, agent should auto-detect from current branch. </commentary> </example>
Use this agent when you need to create a complete pull request workflow including branch creation, committing staged changes, and PR submission. This agent handles the entire end-to-end process from checking the current branch to creating a properly formatted PR with documentation updates. Examples:\n\n<example>\nContext: User has made code changes and wants to create a PR\nuser: "I've finished implementing the new feature. Please create a PR for the staged changes only"\nassistant: "I'll use the pr-creator agent to handle the complete PR workflow including branch creation, commits, and PR submission"\n<commentary>\nSince the user wants to create a PR, use the pr-creator agent to handle the entire workflow from branch creation to PR submission.\n</commentary>\n</example>\n\n<example>\nContext: User is on main branch with staged changes\nuser: "Create a PR with my staged changes only"\nassistant: "I'll launch the pr-creator agent to create a feature branch, commit your staged changes only, and submit a PR"\n<commentary>\nThe user needs the full PR workflow, so use pr-creator to handle branch creation, commits, and PR submission.\n</commentary>\n</example>
Use this agent when user asks to "review a PR", "review pull request", "review this pr", "code review this PR", "check PR #N", or provides a GitHub PR URL for review. Examples:\n\n<example>\nContext: User wants to review the PR for the current branch\nuser: "review this pr"\nassistant: "I'll use the pr-reviewer agent to find and review the PR associated with the current branch."\n<commentary>\nNo PR number given, agent should auto-detect PR from current branch.\n</commentary>\n</example>\n\n<example>\nContext: User wants to review a specific PR by number\nuser: "Review PR #123 in ultralytics/ultralytics"\nassistant: "I'll use the pr-reviewer agent to analyze the pull request and provide a detailed code review."\n<commentary>\nUser explicitly requests PR review with number and repo, trigger pr-reviewer agent.\n</commentary>\n</example>\n\n<example>\nContext: User provides a GitHub PR URL\nuser: "Can you review https://github.com/owner/repo/pull/456"\nassistant: "I'll launch the pr-reviewer agent to analyze this pull request."\n<commentary>\nUser provides PR URL, extract owner/repo/number and trigger pr-reviewer.\n</commentary>\n</example>

My Claude Code and OpenAI Codex setup with skills, commands, hooks, subagents, and MCP servers.
"They make wrong assumptions on your behalf and just run along with them without checking. They don't manage their confusion, they don't seek clarifications, they don't surface inconsistencies, they don't present tradeoffs. They really like to overcomplicate code and APIs, they bloat abstractions, they don't clean up dead code after themselves." -- Andrej Karpathy
This repo's guidelines are structured to fix exactly these pitfalls.
Installation • Plugins • Configuration
Plugins add skills, commands, and automations to your AI coding tool. Install only what you need from the plugin list below.
Prerequisites: See INSTALL.md for setup requirements.
# Add marketplace (one time)
/plugin marketplace add funsaized/claude-and-codex-settings
# Install any plugin by name
/plugin install <plugin-name>@claude-and-codex-settings
Codex installs plugins from a local marketplace rather than a direct shell install command.
.agents/plugins/marketplace.json./plugins.Claude & Codex Settings and install the plugins you want.This README only covers installing this marketplace. For generic Codex marketplace examples and maintainer docs, see CLAUDE.md.

| Claude Code | Codex CLI |
|---|---|
/plugin install intelligent-compact@claude-and-codex-settings | Open /plugins -> Claude & Codex Settings -> install intelligent-compact |
When Claude Code auto-summarizes a long session, the default summary routinely drops the highest-signal facts. This plugin tells the summarizer to keep them:
Runs on every /compact (manual) and every auto compaction. Claude Code only; Codex doesn't yet expose a comparable summary hook.
| Claude Code | Codex CLI |
|---|---|
/plugin install claude-telemetry-hooks@claude-and-codex-settings | n/a |
Adds the two missing pieces Claude Code's telemetry needs to power a usage dashboard:
Per-device data is already in Claude Code's built-in OpenTelemetry stream.
| Claude Code | Codex CLI |
|---|---|
/plugin install python-skills@claude-and-codex-settings | Open /plugins -> Claude & Codex Settings -> install python-skills |
Stop Claude Code from forgetting file paths, root causes, and open questions when it auto-summarizes long sessions.
Track per-device Claude Code usage, rejection reasons, and per-session stats from a single dashboard.
