Post-ship product iteration — pick a mode (feature-add, competitive, ux-polish, bug-bash), ship one PR. Ingests competitor changelogs, framework releases, and your feedback.md. Maintains your Atlas. Sibling to vibe-cartographer.
This skill should be used when the user says `/vibe-iterate:bug-bash` and wants to fix the highest-priority user-reported bug. v1.0: reads `feedback.md` only. Triages by severity × frequency × blast-radius, reproduces, ships the fix as one PR.
This skill should be used when the user says `/vibe-iterate:competitive` and wants to ship a feature based on what competitors have shipped. Scans competitor changelogs/releases, diffs against your shipped features, ranks by strategic relevance (not parity), ships one PR.
This skill should be used when the user says `/vibe-iterate:feature-add` and wants to ship the next feature. Scans competitor URLs, Product Hunt, framework releases, and feedback.md. Clusters candidates, scores on impact/fit/effort/Atlas-history, ships one PR.
Shared behavior for vibe-iterate commands — Ptolemy persona, posture (regression-aware/user-trust-aware/small-diff-preferred), knowledge sources (context7 + scheduled refresh + web fallback), Atlas write conventions, Cart-detection pattern. Referenced by every command SKILL.
This skill should be used when the user says `/vibe-iterate:radar` and wants a read-only digest of what's new across their stack and competitor set since last visit. Reads the cached scheduled-refresh file (per-project, weekly). No mode run, no PR — just the digest.

vibe-iterate maintains your Atlas.
Post-ship product iteration. Where vibe-cartographer takes you idea → v1, vibe-iterate takes you v1 → v1+n — indefinitely. Pick a banner mode (feature-add, competitive, ux-polish, bug-bash) or reach for a sidecar tool (:radar, :spy, :scan-releases, :rate, :ship, :upgrade). Ships one PR per session — regression-aware, small-diff-preferred. The agent (Ptolemy) stays current on big-shoulder software via context7 and a weekly framework-release scan. Composes with vibe-cartographer when installed (Pattern #13 deferral); works standalone when it's not.
v0.1.0 — scaffold. Directory structure and SKILL stubs in place. Implementation pending — see docs/2026-05-04-vibe-iterate-design.md for the locked design spec.

(feedback.md only in v1.0)/vibe-iterate:radar — what's new across your stack + competitor set since last visit/vibe-iterate:spy <url> — one-shot competitive read on a single URL/vibe-iterate:scan-releases [package] — what's new in this lib since you last bumped (or all libs)/vibe-iterate:rate <idea> — score a feature idea against your shipped product/vibe-iterate:ship <brief> — skip ingestion, ship from a hand-written brief/vibe-iterate:upgrade <package> — bump one library + codemods if availableStable channel — via the Vibe Plugins marketplace:

AI-powered documentation gap analyzer. Scans your codebase, classifies your project, identifies missing technical documentation, and generates professional docs from your existing artifacts.
Vibe Cartographer — plot your course from idea to shipped app. Spec-driven development delivered as eight slash commands: onboard, scope, prd, spec, checklist, build, iterate, reflect.
Test analyzer and generator for vibe-coded apps. Classifies your app by type and maturity tier, audits existing coverage honestly (no cherry-picked denominators), and generates the tests that actually matter proportional to deployment risk.
Session wrap-up that reads the breadcrumb trail your toolkit already left — not a cold reconstruction. Multi-repo aware: surfaces what shipped across every repo the session touched, what's uncommitted, and what's unpushed, then gates commit + push on the current repo only (read wide, mutate narrow).
